T A R G stands for Text Analysis Research Group who conducts research in the areas of corpus linguistics, text linguistics and discourse analysis. TARG is run by researchers from School of Liberal Arts, KMUTT and funded by Research, Innovation and Partnerships Office, KMUTT.

TARG is also the name of a strange animal in the Star Trek series, which explains our mascot.
